Virtua Business Analysts provide a structured approach to the identification and understanding of customers, end users', beneficiaries' and stakeholders' requirements, identifying how best to meet those requirements, and then "reinventing" the stream of processes or specifying the best product or products to meet them.

Your objective may be to develop Business Process Improvement (BPI) or to embark on a completely new way of working. The Virtua solutions (or systems) architect is responsible for taking the business requirements, and from them determining high level solutions or systems requirements. These will reflect customers', users', operations' and other stakeholders needs.

Their role includes identification of the boundaries of constraints; quality, cost and schedule. They will ensure that this set of high level requirements is consistent, complete, correct, and operationally bound.

Our architects and engineers support or perform the cost-benefit analysis to determine how best to meet the requirements and how constraints such as source of supply might impact the solution design. Working to identify sub-systems within the solution, the architect will work closely with other disciplines within the programme to ensure an appropriate and logical work breakdown structure is ultimately achievable.

As the solution is defined and requirements more fully understood and broken down, so the test requirements will be identified and cascaded down to the systems, sub-systems and products comprising the solution. Virtua's architects will, as your requirements dictate, remain committed to the implementation of the solution and its eventual entry into service.

The team has personnel qualified in all relevant disciplines including systems integration design, civil construction and electrical certificates, City and Guilds 2381 IEE 16th Edition, Health and Safety and is capable of both performing and project managing this key activity.
