Andy is one of those individuals that leads with his entrepreneurial skills at the heart of everything he does, over the last 20 years he has built, procured and merged some very successful businesses across the Datacom’s and Telecoms Sectors, he joined Virtua in 2017 after following the business for the last 15 years from afar and believing with the skill set it has inhouse he could drive the business forwards to be the number one partner of choice.
Graham’s background as a qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience within the service industry makes him ideally placed. The challenge of the role and working within a cutting-edge technology company first attracted him to the position, he believes Virtua has an exciting future maintaining their excellent reputation within the industry and continuing to grow by delivering excellent service to an expanding client base.
Having worked with Andy for the last 10 years, Ged heads up our H&S department. His previous experience includes over 26 years in the armed forces, and working within major government projects delivering first class H&S. Ged’s meticulous attention to detail ideally places him as our QHSE Director, firmly believing in making sure the work is done safely and right first time.

Tony started out as a Telecommunications Technician in The British Army 20 years ago, he has gained a wealth of experience predominantly in the Telecommunications field. Upon leaving the Military, Tony pursued a career in the Telecommunications industry working his way from engineer on the ground – to Senior PM. At Virtua, Tony has rapidly progressed his knowledge within RF Solutions, leading technical teams delivering complex solutions to our client base. Tony oversees the execution of work and services to clients, whilst continually monitoring and evaluating customer feedback to develop quality, processes and methods of working.
Justin brings more than 30 years of experience leading and delivering IT infrastructure programmes across a wide range of complexities, scales, and budgets. With an international career spanning the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Americas, he has progressed from network engineer to senior operational leadership, giving him a deep, hands-on understanding of both technology and delivery. Renowned for his unwavering commitment to customer experience and high-performing teams, Justin consistently aligns people, technology, and strategy to achieve outstanding outcomes for both clients and the business. As Managing Director of our Network Solutions division, he leads with a passion for excellence, clarity and purpose, ensuring exceptional service and long-term value for every customer.
Adam started his telecoms career over 25 years ago whilst working on BTS and Electrical installations for Nokia. In 2010 he joined Virtua as a commissioning Engineer and quickly progressed taking on Deployment, Resourcing and Technical Management roles within the business. Having gained a good understanding of all markets Virtua operate in he now heads up the Procurement and Resourcing Team to ensure the business has the people and products required to ensure a first class delivery to our customers.

For over 8 years Paul has worked within the physical networking, structured cabling and Wi-Fi services, his role at Virtua will primarily be to show customers how we can help them and their business. With the ever changing way we live, communicate and interact using technology in our every day lives, the need for faster more reliable communication networks, Wi-Fi and core network infrastructures means that Virtua are at the forefront of this era. It is this reason that Paul believes makes Virtua an exciting company to work for, with a very positive future ahead.
Steve spent over 30 years in the Telecoms industry from starting as a Technical Apprentice through to a variety of roles such as installation and commissioning activities, Digital Television Networks and network design engineering. Steve’s current sales role at Virtua involves working with FTTX Operators in the UK and providing surveyors, planners, designers producing detailed design documents and full end to end installation services of both the active and passive elements.
Karl spent over 30 years in the Telecoms industry starting his career mainly with Product supply into the Industry. During early 2000 Karl moved into a variety of roles supporting DICI activities across both the fixed and mobile sectors. Karl’s current sales role at Virtua involves supporting the MNO’s directly offering Virtua diverse portfolio across the entire sector as well as supporting the OEM’s deliver critical services to its Client base.
For over 8 years Paul has worked within the physical networking, structured cabling and Wi-Fi services. His role at Virtua is to show customers how we can help them and their business. Dean brings a wealth of experience across the telecoms and energy sectors, with a proven ability to drive commercial growth and develop strong, lasting client partnerships. He specialises in shaping strategic solutions that deliver real value, strengthen relationships, and support sustainable business success.
Before joining Virtua, Dean was Head of Business Development at Solutions30, where he led a number of key growth initiatives and built strategic partnerships in highly competitive markets. Known for his collaborative approach and commercial insight, he works closely with clients and colleagues alike to deliver results that make a tangible impact.
Outside the office, Dean enjoys life with his partner Donna, daughter Rubie Mae, son Jamie, and their dog Bruno. A keen golfer and enthusiastic traveller, he values good company, strong friendships, and the chance to explore new places with family and friends.
Alistair brings more than 35 years of experience in the IT industry and plays a key role in managing strategic client relationships at Virtua. As an Account Manager, he is responsible for supporting key accounts and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly across the full lifecycle, from initial engagement through to delivery and ongoing support.
His experience combines strong client leadership with deep technical knowledge, particularly in the design and delivery of network infrastructure within construction and complex business environments. This blend of commercial awareness and technical insight enables Alistair to translate client objectives into practical, effective solutions.
Having worked across consultancy, operations and support, Alistair takes a holistic approach to client partnerships. He works closely with organisations to align Virtua’s services and capabilities with their programme goals, ensuring solutions support both project success and long-term operational performance.
Josh joined Virtua in 2024, bringing a strong background in managed internet services within the real estate sector. With over a decade of experience in the technology industry, he has developed deep expertise in WiFi and data infrastructure solutions for multi-dwelling units (MDUs) and commercial property environments.
Josh has worked with major international developers and leading universities, helping organisations unlock the full potential of their digital infrastructure to enhance connectivity, improve user experience, and maximise long-term value.
Having worked directly on the client side, Josh understands the practical challenges involved in delivering complex networking projects. This perspective enables him to provide pragmatic guidance from initial consultation through to delivery, ensuring Virtua’s solutions deliver measurable value for every client.
Dean brings a wealth of experience across the telecoms and energy sectors, with a proven ability to drive commercial growth and develop strong, lasting client partnerships.
