We firmly believe that our industry benefits from internal training, giving people the opportunity to train in something they love and bringing their fresh ideas to the table.
This year we have welcomed 4 new apprentices to our team, most recently Tiannah, Daniel, Tariq and Andrew.
Tiannah, Andrew and Tariq have joined our InBuilding team, working towards a Level 3 Award in Unified Communications supported by the ITP. Daniel joins our Mobile Telecoms Department and is training to be a Level 2 Wireless Communications Rigger, supported by 8 point 8 training.

Part of the Team
Already part way through their course, Zakhi joined us last year and is also working towards his Level 3 in Unified Communications.
Chris also joined us last year and is currently training within our network services division. He is learning onsite and Virtua are supporting him through the relevant training courses for fibre and data work streams.

Recently 2 of our previous apprentices, both called Andrew have passed through their apprenticeships to become fully qualified individuals. Both are now working as Engineers within our InBuilding Department.
