Justin – Group Delivery Director
Justin joins us with over 25 years’ of experience managing and delivering IT Infrastructure operations and projects throughout the UK, Europe, Asia, North and South America. The challenge, the people and the opportunity are what first attracted Justin to the role here at Virtua and he will be ideally placed as Group Delivery Director. Justin’s main duties will to direct and manage the group’s operational divisions to ensure we provide a consistent and scalable first-class service to all our customers.
Justin lives on the south coast with his family where he enjoys walks with his dog Rosie along the beach and in the countryside. He will be joining many people this year with his resolution to be fitter and healthier, playing football and skiing.
David – Bid Director
A trained electrical engineer with a magnitude of experience in the network sector David joins us as Bid Director. David’s plan is to help ensure that Virtua achieves profitable growth by creating robust, innovative and compelling sales propositions.
“I’ve been in the electrical engineering and voice/datacom business for 37 years now – so clearly I’m no “spring chicken”. My first day at work was at IBM’s UK HQ in North Harbour, Portsmouth back in 1981.
have worked with many of the current Virtua team before – I have great respect for them and their previous achievements. Virtua’s products and services fit well with my own experience, and it is clear to me that significant opportunities exist for profitable and sustainable growth and development – and I want to be part of that. I welcome the opportunity to be part of one the best teams in the business.
I am looking forward to working within an agile and entrepreneurial business – where bureaucracy is minimised, and initiative and innovation are valued. “Job satisfaction” is high on my list of personal priorities – and I feel that working for Virtua will tick that particular box.”

Paul – Account Director
For over 8 years Paul has worked within the physical networking, structured cabling and Wi-Fi services, his role at Virtua will primarily be to show customers how we can help them and their business.

When asked if he had any new year’s resolutions, Pauls response was to write 2019 not 2018… We take that as he’s looking forward to and interesting 2019. Paul has 3 loves in his life – cooking (especially BBQ’s), attending gigs and his family – perhaps in that order!
