Finance Administrator

(Part time – Approx. 20 hours per Week)

Line Manager – Financial Controller

Main duties will include but not limited to –

Management of the Sales Ledger

o Assist with Raising and issuing SL invoices to customers

o Issue monthly Statements

o Credit Control

o Post Remittances

Management of the Purchase Ledger

o Expenses management

o Process purchase ledger invoices

o Reconciling statements to the ledgers


* Good written and spoken communication skills;

* Word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite etc.

* Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work, work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines;

* Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues at every level.

* Keen to learn new skills and adapt to a changing environment.

* Confident and reliable.


* Salary range £18,000 to £20,000 depending on experience.

Electricians & Mates

  • C & G 2382 (18th Edition)
  • Electrical Installation Certification ( C&G 236, 2330 ect )

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced project support coordinator to join our project support team in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

The role will include but not be limited to:

Providing support and administration for our staff and contractors.

Coordinating with clients for site access and work permits.

Keeping the project manager informed about project status and issues that may impact upon client relations.

General administrative duties, including call handling and general correspondence.
